I’m still making mistakes, definitely. My pronunciation of “deshalb” is… questionable, according to Herr Schmidt. But I’m trying to embrace the imperfections and keep practicing. I’m also trying to listen more attentively to how native speakers use it in different contexts. I’m even starting to feel a little more comfortable expressing my concerns about the environment – and I’m slowly learning that “deshalb” is a key to unlocking those conversations.
