## Mein Körper: Der Oberkörper – Rücken, Brust, Bauch, Schultern
Hello! My name is John Doe, and I want to teach you a little about the upper part of our body – the torso! It’s really important to understand this part, because it’s what we use for so many things every day.
Let’s start with the Rücken (back). My back is important for standing straight and carrying things.
- “Ich muss meinen Rücken dehnen.” (I need to stretch my back.)
- “Bitte, sei vorsichtig mit deinem Rücken!” (Please, be careful with your back!)
Next, we have the Brust (chest). This is the area between my shoulders and my stomach. It’s a big part of how we breathe.
- “Mein Arzt sagt, ich brauche mehr Bewegung für meine Brust.” (My doctor says I need more movement for my chest.)
- “Ich habe Schmerzen in meiner Brust.” (I have pain in my chest.)
The Bauch (stomach) is the area between my chest and my hips. It’s where we store fat, but also where important muscles are located.
- “Ich muss meinen Bauch trainieren.” (I need to train my stomach.)
- “Ich habe einen Speckrolle am Bauch.” (I have a little bit of belly fat.)
Finally, there are the Schultern (shoulders). These help us move our arms and are important for posture.
- “Ich habe Verspannungen in meinen Schultern.” (I have tension in my shoulders.)
- “Meine Schultern tun weh, wenn ich lange Computerarbeite.” (My shoulders hurt when I work on the computer for a long time.)
It’s helpful to know the names of these parts of our body in German, especially if you are talking about health or exercise.
My name is Mary Carry, and I hope this was helpful!
